On June 8, Huaxin Global Academy was officially launched, marking an important milestone in the company's efforts to deepen its globalization strategy and strengthen the foundation for overseas business development. The launch also signifies a new stage in Huaxin's global talent development and international capability building initiatives. Mr. Li Yeqing, CEO of Huaxin, and Mr. Liu Weisheng, Human Resources Director, jointly unveiled the Academy.

Aligned with the Group's globalization strategy, Huaxin Global Academy focuses on two key development areas: leadership development and professional technical capability enhancement. The Academy is designed to build a comprehensive development system for key talent groups across the Group's international operations.

In the area of leadership development, the Academy will establish a structured leadership development framework tailored to the needs of managers at different levels. The programs will focus on strengthening participants' strategic understanding, team leadership, and business management capabilities in cross-cultural environments.

Prior to its official launch, the Academy successfully delivered the inaugural Global Advanced Leadership Program (GALP), bringing together senior leaders from multiple countries for an intensive learning and exchange program at Huaxin's Wuhan Business Center. The program further enhanced participants' understanding of the Group's strategy, corporate culture, and business development priorities, laying a solid foundation for the establishment of the Academy.

In the area of professional capability development, the Academy will focus on cement process expertise and key technical positions.
