From May 18 to 22, the inaugural Huaxin Global Advanced Management Program was successfully concluded. The program aimed to strengthen the development of a global talent pipeline, comprehensively enhance the strategic vision, professional competence, and global operational capabilities of the international management team, thereby solidifying the talent foundation for Huaxin's deep cultivation of the global market.
Under the theme "Our Future, Together", this program marked the first time Huaxin organized an exchange and training program in China for foreign management from its overseas branches and subsidiaries. It served as a bridge to foster mutual understanding and synergy between these managers and the Group. A total of 16 managers from eight countries – Mozambique, Nepal, Oman, Nigeria, South Africa, Brazil, Zambia, and Malawi – participated in the training.
Mr. Li Yeqing, Group CEO, delivered a session titled "Huaxin’s journey to success". Focusing on "My Philosophy on Strategy and Decision-Making", "Huaxin's Success Stories", and "Key Factors Behind Huaxin's Success", he reviewed Huaxin's development history, analyzed the Group's core competitive advantages, and elucidated key strategic directions such as international layout, industrial upgrading, and market expansion, considering the global industry landscape. This session further consolidated consensus on international development, providing crucial guidance for the implementation of the Group's global strategy.
The program was meticulously designed, covering multiple modules including cement manufacturing, digital transformation, global layout, leadership enhancement, Chinese culture and economy, and corporate strategy. It adopted a teaching model combining "thematic lectures, on-site learning, and case study exchanges". Group Vice Presidents Owen Chen, Wang Jiajun, and Tang Jun delivered specialized lectures on global financial management, cement manufacturing, and AI innovation & digitalization, respectively.
During the program, participants also visited the Huangshi Technology Park, Yangxin Industrial Park, Green Building Materials Company, Huangshi Industrial Park, Wuxue Industrial Park, the Technology Research Institute, and Changshankou Environmental Engineering Company for on-site study and exchange. These visits showcased the vitality of Huaxin's development in "integration, low-carbon initiatives, and intelligent development". The itinerary was interspersed with a visit to Huaxin's old site and traditional Chinese cultural experiences, offering participants rich and diverse cultural exchange and practical activities. Group Vice Presidents Mei Xiangfu and Wang Jiajun, along with HR Director Liu Weisheng, attended related events.
Moving forward, Huaxin will continue to refine its global talent cultivation system, conduct professional training programs regularly, forge a high-caliber international management team, and support Huaxin in its mission to become a world-leading multinational building materials group.
