HR digital system of Huaxin Nigeria has been officially launched recently. Independently developed and deployed by Huaxin Digital Innovation Center, the system covers multiple business sectors including human resources, procurement, marketing, logistics, production, finance and RMX concrete. As the first launched module, the HR section went live on April 1.

On the day of launch, Huaxin Nigeria held a launch ceremony for the iHR (Integrated Human Resource System). CEO Lolu, HRD Gbemiga, CFO and head of IT, Ke Zhigang, attended the event and signed the confirmation document.

Previously, the HR management in Huaxin Nigeria was mainly relied on parallel multiple systems and offline processes, resulting in scattered workflows and fragmented data. Taking digital transformation as a driver and attaching importance to cultural integration, Huaxin has deeply integrated its management experience with local working practices in Nigeria. Through system integration and process re-building, the company has effectively improved the management standardization and operational efficiency.

This launch adopts WorkEasy as the unified portal and iHR as the core carrier, building an integrated platform covering organization, personnel, processes and data. It realizes online core business operations, centralized data management and multi-system collaboration, and continuously accumulates data to support management decision-making.

The Huaxin Digital Innovation team has closely cooperated with local employees to complete organization and personnel data sorting, business process configuration, approval authorization setup, full-staff account activation, multiple rounds of testing and optimization. With the digital platform, employees can handle HR procedures, access information and obtain support more conveniently, improving both management efficiency and employee experience.

This launch marks an important upgrade for Huaxin Building Materials in human resource management and employee services, fully embodying Huaxin’s people-oriented philosophy of empowering employees.
