On April 20th, Nepalese Prime Minister H.E. Prachanda received a delegation led by Mr. Xiang Changhong, General Manager of Huaxin Nepal Narayani Company, at the Prime Minister's Office in Kathmandu. H.E. Prachanda stated that Nepal has built a profound friendship with China for long time. Huaxin, as a Chinese-funded enterprise investing and operating in Nepal, the Nepalese government will continue to pay close attention to and support Huaxin with all necessary assistance to tackle with the challenges.

During the meeting, Xiang Changhong expressed his gratitude to the Nepalese government for the long-term support and assistance to Huaxin. He introduced the main business and overseas profile of Huaxin, and briefed on the production and operation status of Huaxin Nepal over the past two years, as well as the main challenges it has faced.

In response to the difficulties encountered, H.E. Prachanda made phone calls directly to the relevant government authorities and gave specific instructions. The Prime Minister emphasized that the two countries have continuously deepened practical cooperation in economy, trade and investment, and have achieved fruitful results. Nepal welcomes Chinese business to invest and develop in Nepal. As a global building materials group with strong strength and leading technology, the Nepalese government will provide all support to solve problems for Huaxin's business in Nepal.
