Dear “Her”,
As winter turns to spring, everything is reviving and a special day is also coming - International Women's Day on March 8th. On this occasion, on behalf of Huaxin, I would like to extend my sincerest blessings to you all and wish all of you a happy International Women's Day!
Women are the embodiment of gentleness and strength. In the family, "her" is the source of love, building a happy harbor with care, warmth and patience. In the workplace, "her" do things more carefully and resilient, realizing her ideals and aspirations with wisdom, professionalism and enthusiasm.
At every stage of Huaxin's development, female employees have illustrated the strength of "her" in their own way, by not only contributing wisdom and strength to the performance improvement and business growth, but also injecting vitality and diversity into the corporate culture.
Currently, there are more than 3,900 female employees in Huaxin, accounting for nearly 20% of the total workforce, including over 440 non-Chinese female staff. In Huaxin, 12% of middle and senior positions are held by women. On the every front of Huaxin, "her" constitutes an indispensable force. We are proud to have team members like you!
Huaxin has always paid full attention to female employees and is committed to providing meticulous care and assistance for their physical and mental health, legitimate rights and interests, and career development. On the coming of the 114th International Women's Day, I have instructed the Corporate HR and relevant functions to place more attention and importance to the protection of women's rights and interests through the theme activity of Caring for Her. We will continue to create a more inclusive, equal, and diversified working environment, thus enabling all to embrace the joy of growth and success in the Huaxin family.
At present, Huaxin has embarked on a new journey to build a world-class multinational enterprise. I am looking forward to working with you to shape a brighter future. And I believe that "her" will enable Huaxin to be more brilliant. Again, I wish you all a happy International Women’s Holiday!
