Huaxin Zimbabwe Industry Private Limited is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huaxin Cement. The company has invested in building a cement grinding plant with an annual output of 300,000 tons in the western part of Harare, Zimbabwe. The total investment of the project is about 8 million US dollars. The construction started in June 2024, and put into operation in February 2025. The company generates more than local 200 jobs, creates considerable tax contributions to the local government and carries out social responsibilities accordingly.Huaxin is firmly optimistic about the economic development potential of Zimbabwe and will actively prepare to invest a second production line to further enhance its competitiveness in the local market.
