Founded in 2005, Yuzhno-Kyrgyzskiy Cement CJSC (YKC), is located in the Local Special Zone of Osh Prefecture and operates a plant with an annual output of 1 million tons of cement. The company supplies products to markets in the Southern Kyrgyzstan and Fergana Valley in Uzbekistan. In 2019, YKC became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Huaxin. In 2021, following some upgrades of equipment, the plant reached its best-ever monthly and annual cement production volumes.
