Started operation in 2022, Huaxin Cement Narayani Private Limited Company, is located in Dhading, central of Nepal. It’s equipped with a NSP kiln with capacity of 0.9 million tons of clinker on an annual basis. It has its own limestone mine, which ensures that the clinker produced is of high quality with high calcium and low magnesium. The factory is also equipped with cement vertical mill that can manufacture 1 million tons of cement annually. In addition to bag cement, there are also bulk cement products specially designed for engineering customers. In order to ensure the production of high-quality cement, it introduced world's most advanced quality management system, the most advanced fluorescence analyser and limestone online analyser, to realize the online monitoring of production status and any change of raw material quality, which can be adjusted in time to ensure that making high quality products consistently.
